John E. Horan

John E. Horan has litigated numerous matters on behalf of both private individuals, public entities and corporations for over fifteen years.  Mr. Horan has extensive experience handling criminal matters involving drug charges, DWI/DUI, larceny, robbery, theft, fraud, burglary and arson.  Mr. Horan generally appears in traffic court on behalf of clients.  Mr. Horan also has extensive experience handling juvenile matters, and family law matters such as divorce and child custody and support issues.

In addition to criminal and family law matters, Mr. Horan has appeared before numerous Planning and Zoning Boards on site plan and subdivision applications.  Mr. Horan also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate closings.
